What is the Women’s Circle?
This closed, monthly in-person circle in Frome offers a deeply healing, life-affirming space for all women. Here, you can drop your armour, sink into your body and innate wisdom, and meet others in full beauty, power, and authenticity.
It’s a rare and sacred space — a warm, welcoming circle to connect deeply, celebrate your growth, and embrace your power.
What You’ll Experience
Over a gentle 4-month container, we meet once a month in a small, trusted group to:

This circle offers a nurturing environment where you’re invited to slow down and ground yourself through gentle rituals designed to help you reconnect with your body and inner wisdom.
By exploring the Celtic Wheel and feminine rhythms, you gain insight into the natural cycles that influence your life, helping you align with your own flow and timing. Deepening your awareness of feminine archetypes and body wisdom provides powerful guidance and a sense of belonging, reminding you that you are part of a larger, timeless sisterhood.
I will be pulling on all my tools gained over my 25 years of working as a complementary therapist to share my wisdom of plants, massage, shamanic womb drum journeys, pleasure portals and much more.
We will focus each series on the current season and the associated archetype. The format will follow an activity, followed by a sharing and witnessing weaved into the circle as we deepen each month in sisterhood.
I will bring into the space the sacred sounds of the womb that I work with to activate the gifts each portal provides. Through singing, dancing, chanting and creative expression, you open your voice and heart in ways that foster healing and joy.
All of this happens within a safe, supportive space where authentic connection and honest sharing are encouraged, allowing each woman to feel seen, heard, and empowered on her unique path.

Circle Disclaimer
I'm aware that some of what we do might be challenging at times, and this is an invitation only. I completely respect each individual's autonomy in determining what works for them. Feedback is always welcome as long as it's offered with love, as my desire to create a nourishing space continues to develop. I'm aware that some of my offerings may not always be suitable for everyone. And that sometimes this work can point to some deeper work that is needed or asking to be tended for outside of this space. This circle is not a replacement for therapy, and if difficult emotions arise, it may be a sign that deeper work is needed. I'm here to support you within the limits of this circle. I am available to reach out to you if something arises that feels beyond your own ability to support yourself, to help you find what additional support you may need.
