This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled across all services, sessions, programmes, and products.
By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
Programmes, Circles & Memberships
This includes:
- Women’s Circles
- Circles Programme (La Luna Girls)
- Members Area access
- Any multi-session or multi-month programme
Refunds
- All programme purchases are non-refundable.
- Payment plans are a commitment to the full programme and must be completed in full.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
- Change of mind
- Withdrawal partway through
- Missed sessions
- Schedule conflicts
Massage & 1:1 Sessions
Refunds & Cancellations
- If you have paid in full for your session:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
No-Shows
- Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in no refund.
Late Arrivals
- Late arrival may result in a shortened session.
- The full session fee will still apply and is non-refundable.
Digital Products
This includes:
- Downloads
- Guides
- Courses
- Any digital content
Refunds
- All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable due to immediate access.
Physical Products
Returns & Refunds
- Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
Change of Mind
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Photo evidence may be required
- Once confirmed, you will be offered:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
- We will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be issued where required by law or at our discretion in exceptional cases.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
