Cups

There are many cups on the market these days.  And I certainly advised the girls that this would be something they perhaps might try later on in their late teens.

These guys are quite good as they do 3 different sizes, but you also might want to look for soft silicone models.

There is also a useful youtube video on how to insert cups, which i also went through but it is a bit early for cups, and there was a lot of information so perhaps its good to watch something together when they are a little older.  This was a nice link that i thik they might enjoy.



There are also these menstrual disks now but I haven't experience of using these yet
